The Women’s Initiative is an important part of our commitment to foster diversity and inclusion at our firm by bolstering institutional support to address the unique obstacles faced by women in the legal profession. It is our hope that this initiative will provide women with meaningful networking opportunities while enhancing their business development skills.
The initiative has events each year that feature guest speakers, skill-building activities, and discussion topics, as well as community-focused events that provide opportunities for women-focused business owners and managers to build meaningful connections with our lawyers as well as other professionals. We help build a community of women leaders.
This program was launched in 2016 and is a collaborative project with the Coral Gables-based litigation firm of León Cosgrove LLP.
