Venture Capital

We regularly work with dynamic entrepreneurs and their ventures at every stage of the idea life-cycle, from initial formation and capital structuring through late-stage financing and liquidity events. In essence, the firm strives to act as an “outside General Counsel” at a time in which capital constraints may restrict emerging companies in their efforts to obtain effective and value-added legal counseling.

We maintain strong relationships with key sources of capital, including venture capital and private equity funds, family offices, angel investors, commercial and investment banks as well as with specialized intellectual property counsel. These relationships enable us to assist our clients in the development and refinement of their business plans and financing and capital raising strategy, while also allowing for key introductions to potential strategic partners, investors and specialists who can help grow and protect their businesses.
