Bill Walker is one of South Florida’s leading real estate lawyers. His areas of practice include all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition, ownership, use, development and finance, and general corporate matters.

Bill has participated in and represented owners of, investors in and lenders to numerous complex real estate projects, including major domestic and international developers. He has also participated in the planning, development and financing and sale of major commercial properties and in the planning, developing, financing and sale of a variety of planned residential communities, including primary housing, resort housing and hospitality properties.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Diaz-Silveira LLP, Bill served as both Partner and “Of Counsel” at White & Case LLP, a major global law firm, since 1987. From 1999-2000, Bill served as the Managing Director of the Parmenter Company, a commercial real estate development firm. He was a founding partner of Walker Ellis Gragg & Deaktor from 1984-1987, and was a partner at Mershon Sawyer Johnston Dunwoody & Cole from 1971-1984.
