Gaston is an associate at Alvarez & Diaz-Silveira LLP and has over ten years of experience in legal practice. He focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. Gaston is well-versed in corporate structure, forming corporations, non-taxable estates and on all transactional real estate matters that include but are not limited to the purchasing, selling, and financing of commercial real estate.
Most recently, Gaston worked with foreign clients on real estate tax consequences and applications for 8288B FIRTPA. He has extensive experience counseling and representing clients on corporate and real estate matters.
Gaston earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, FL. There, he served as a general board member for the Law College Council, a member of the Entertainment Law Review, a social director for the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and a member of the John Marshall Bar Association.
Gaston is fluent in Spanish and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011. He is currently a member of the Belen Alumni Lawyers Section.
