Dade County Bar Recognizes Four Alvarez, Arrieta & Diaz-Silveira Partners

April 28, 2016 – MIAMI – Alvarez Arrieta & Diaz-Silveira LLP (AADS), a Miami-based corporate boutique law firm specializing in international and domestic M&A, finance, real estate, immigration and private wealth services, announced that four firm partners have been named 2016 Legal Luminaries finalists by The Dade County Bar Association. The 2016 Legal Luminaries winners will be decided through votes cast by Florida Bar members in good standing, who can vote through Friday, July 22 on the Dade County Bar Association website.

A firm co-founder, Diaz-Silveira is recognized for his corporate law practice, which is focused on international business transactions. He has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell, is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami (J.D.) and a cum laude graduate of Duke University (B.A. Economics).

Alejandro M. Arrieta is a Legal Luminaries Finalist for Mergers & Acquisitions. Also one of the firm’s co-founders, Arrieta specializes in business law that involves domestic and international companies, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and family offices, among others.
