Announcement of Firm Closure

After more than ten years of successful and exciting practice as a transactional corporate and real estate boutique law firm, the partners of Alvarez & Diaz-Silveira LLP (the “Firm”) have decided to close the Firm in order to pursue other opportunities. The Firm will dissolve and no longer serve clients, effective December 29, 2023.

The Firm’s success over the years would have not been possible if not for the trust and commitment of its clients and the efforts of its lawyers, assistants and other personnel who worked tirelessly on our clients’ behalf. We are grateful for our clients’ trust and for all those individuals who contributed to the Firm’s success.

While Pedro (“Tony”) Alvarez, one of the firm’s founders, will be retiring from the full-time practice of law, the remaining partners, Alberto Delgado, Albert Diaz-Silveira, Manuel Fernandez and Cristina Quintero, will be continuing their practices in new and exciting opportunities. They will announce their respective plans soon.

The Firm will reach out to its clients directly regarding the transfer of files and, if applicable, the transition of services being provided by the Firm. Interested parties can communicate directly with the attorneys in the office with whom they are working to discuss next steps or any questions they may have.
